For some of our services, you have a personal profile created beforehand. To do this, fill out an online questionnaire prepared by our licensed partners Kahler Communication Europe and Kahler Communication Inc. for PCM profiles or. Next Element Consulting LLC is evaluated for DRAs.
We collect and process this personal data, if necessary, for the entire duration of the business relationship and beyond that in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations. The statutory limitation periods also apply to the storage period. This is done so that we can support you with helpful tips in projects, in coaching or training programs during this time.

Some of our services require creating a personal profile. In that case you fill out an online questionnaire, which will be evaluated through our licensed partners Kahler Communication Europe as well as Kahler Communication Inc. for PCM profiles. Next Element Consulting LLCs evaluates the DRAs.
We compile and use this personal data, when necessary, for the duration of our business relationship and for an extended time due to the legal duty to preserve records. The duration of storage is in accordance with the statute of limitations. This happens so that we can assist you, for a certain time period, with advice in projects, coachings or further educations.
