About The Event
The Negotiation Facilitator is theworld's first certification for professional negotiation facilitators, who intend to bring the negotiation practice to perfection according to the highest academic standards.
Using the methodologies such as the Harvard's negotiation toolkit, the Process Communication Model®, Compassionate Accountability™ or Tri-Energetics and other Vienna School tools, you will deepen your professional repertoire: in terms of great outcomes, sustainable relations and efficient processes.
Before the start of program, we take a close look at your negotiation practice and mindset, using the Negotiator Agility Assessments (NAA) The NAA is based on your personal Drama Resilience Assessment (DRA) and PCM-Profile in order to addresses the use of your talents, your ability to deal with conflict and your understanding of negotiation situations. Get clarity in advance whether the certification as Vienna School Negotiation Facilitator is the right program for you.
The 4 modules consist of 16 days of attendance and further 4 days of peer groups, supervision, case studies and reading.
As part of the practice transfer, you are invited to bring in specific case situations from your professional environment.

Your personal Negotiator Agility Assessment takes place in advance and is included in the participation fee of EUR 11,900 (excl. VAT)
